Glacier Wind – Wind Generation in Northern Montana
The Glacier Wind Farm is a 210-megawatt wind farm located in Northern Montana, between the cities of Cut Bank and Shelby, Montana. The project consists of two sites, the first site has 71 turbines with a Commercial Operation Date of December 2008, the second site has 69 turbines with a Commercial Operation Date of October 2009.
Rim Rock – Wind Generation in Northern Montana
The Rim Rock Wind Farm is a 189-megawatt wind farm located in Northern Montana, near Cut Bank, Montana. The project consists of 126 turbines with a Commercial Operation Date of December 2012. Rim Rock is interconnected to the Montana Alberta Tie Line (MATL).
