Heather A. Brosh, SPHR
Director
As the Director of Human Resources, Heather is responsible for overseeing all Human Resources functions for the organization.
Heather brings more than 20 years of leadership experience with 18 of those years in the Human Resources field in various industries including: food & beverage, resorts, recreation, retail, airport, pharmaceutical skincare, international management consulting, geriatric medical facility and now clean energy.
Heather has a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management with a minor in Computer Science from Florida International University, holds both her SPHR & PHR HRCI certification credentials, is an active member of SHRM and the Broward Women’s Alliance, Executive Women’s Leadership Organization.
Heather has a passion for employee engagement, development and job satisfaction.
